Our customer CINTEO made the following requirement of us: to create open and light-flooded workspaces. The conversion and renovation took place in an existing building in the Bosch Areal in Stuttgart.
Overall, the overall project included the 1st and 2nd floor. This concept was planned by our interior designers and visualized in 3D for CINTEO GmbH. Although we deal with rooms and their creative design on a daily basis, this project was something very special for us. As part of this task, we had the opportunity to incorporate all important issues such as acoustics, light, ergonomics, technology, design, work processes, etc. into an overall concept. From the cell structure to the open space office, the following thematic areas were planned and implemented: Reception, workplace zones/project areas, lounge area, communication zone, think tank/quiet zones, meeting areas and staff lounge.

On a total area of 1,100 m², myworkspace has created 20 new workplaces and the areas mentioned and implemented them creatively in the color design and corporate identity of our customer CINTEO. Both we and our customer are enthusiastic about the result and were able to depict all themes of a modern office landscape, from the open space area to quiet zones.
