Whether north, east, west, Rhine-Main or south – we in the office serve all of Germany from our MyWorkspace headquarters in Stuttgart. With a team of 9 women and 3 men, we are responsible for all issues relating to order processing. We have summarized for you briefly and concisely what makes us special and how we support you:

N – Pleasant NEWS : recently we received support from two new employees. Warm welcome! We are looking forward to a good cooperation!
N – Bei uns heißt das Zauberwort NUMMER: Egal ob die Angebotsnummer, Artikelnummer, Kundennummer, Bestellnummer oder Auftragsnummer. Ohne diese Nummern wären wir total aufgeschmissen!
E – Allzeit EINSATZBEREIT, vor allem beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss heißt es Zähne zusammenbeißen und Durchhalten!
N – Im NULLKOMMANICHTS bearbeiten wir Ihre Bestellung, wenn Sie bei uns auf dem Tisch landet. Sie erhalten dann kurzfristig eine Auftragsbestätigung von uns.
D – Wir sprechen immer vom papierlosen Büro doch unsere DRUCKER möchten/können wir nicht missen. Allein in unserem Büro stehen 3 Drucker und 2 Faxgeräte.
I – How does the whole thing work INTERNALLY ? Of course, we also work closely with our colleagues in sales support, who create the offers. Contact with sales is also essential – communication is everything!
E – We are a well-established team. Most of us have been working together for years. During holidays or illness, we are happy to help each other.
N – What do we do if something is unclear or you just don’t know what to do? The only way to get there is to use the EMERGENCY EXIT: to the office of our head of department, Ms. Volz, who is always on hand with help and advice.
S – We like working in Swabia! STUTTGART : I’m just doing business!
T – Consultations with our shipping company and with our customers are part of our daily business. When will the furniture be there? How do they get in place? We take care of SCHEDULING and FOLLOW – UP of important orders and projects.
